Journey Fellowship

WBC Development has completed its second remodel project at Journey Fellowship in Schertz, Texas. In  2007 WBC Development was blessed with the opportunity to convert the iconic Bluebonnet Palace dance hall  into  75,000  square feet of worship, foyer, coffee bar, nursery, classroom, space. Phase 2 in 2013 consisted of remodeling  25,000  square feet of original restaurant space including demolition of non-functioning kitchen and freezer/cooler, into a large children’s ministry gathering area, classrooms, and workroom space.

OHC North Central

WBC Development is proud to be chosen to complete their second construction project at Oak Hills Church North Central. The first project  in Fall of 2010  consisted of the demolition and build out of 10,000 square feet of commercial space at  HYW 281 & Nacoma into Oak Hills Church’s multisite location in north central San Antonio, Texas. Phase 1 resulted in  375 seat capacity Worship Center, coffee shop, children’s ministry classrooms, gathering space, and offices. Phase 2 will enlarge the Worship Center  by 100 seats and add 5,500 square feet of additional classroom space.

Maranatha Church of Christ

WBC Development is happy to announce its continued partnership with Maranatha on their second construction project. The first project in Summer 2008 included a 2,000 square foot addition, featuring a new entrance with foyer, bookstore, three offices, new restrooms (both men’s and women’s), and a 25’ by 25’ porte cochere. The most recent project is another addition, this time for 4,000 square feet. Started in the Spring of 2014, this new space includes a fellowship hall, kitchen, and large covered patio.

Alamo Ranch

In December of 2016, WBC Development celebrated the completion of the newest satellite campus for Oak Hills Church in San Antonio Texas. The newest Oak Hills Church campus is located on 11.5 acres in the fast growing Alamo Ranch subdivision located in the outer northwest. The new church building is 33,000 square feet, the worship area can seat 835 and it has enough parking for 500 cars. Other features include a state-of-the-art audio and video system, warm & inviting meet-and-greet area with coffee bar and seating area. Oak Hills Church has a large focus on its youth with children's classrooms for nursery - 5th grade that includes a large gathering space and a 3,000 square foot youth fellowship space. This is the fourth campus that WBC Development has built for Oak Hills Church.
